CAPITAL AREA FOOD BANK - We will be packing and/or sorting donated food and doing other tasks around the food bank, as needed.

The CAFB provided the following information:  "All of these tasks are considered light/medium labor and typically involves standing up for up to three hours and lifting up to 35 pounds.  This activity will most likely take place in our warehouse, so please dress for the weather and wear closed - toe shoes."

After the event, we'll be meeting at Colonel Brooks' Tavern for a happy hour. 
901 Monroe Street NE (between 10th Street & N 9th Street), Washington, DC  20017.  Both events are metro accessible - the closest metro is Brookland/CUA on the red line.

Anyone volunteering for the Bucknell Community Service Events will receive a BUCKNELL BASEBALL CAP on the day of the event.
